Advocacy Application


You are required to submit an application consisting of your CV, and Covering Letter. The information you provide will be used to determine whether or not you progress to the next stage.
 
Unsuccessful candidates must wait at least four months after the submission of an unsuccessful application before re-applying.
 
At present we are able to accept applications for Advocacy opportunities from Post Qualified applicants only (qualified Solicitors, Barristers or Chartered Legal Executive Advocates/FCILEx Advocates with Rights of Audience in Civil Proceedings). If you are a PQ applicant, please submit an online application.
 
We are unable to accept other applications for Advocacy work at this time. We anticipate that this will continue until at least 31st July 2021. We will continue to monitor the situation and will update these pages should the situation change.

Please note that incomplete applications that have not been submitted will be deleted after 6 months from the date that the application was started.
